Mike King’s contribution to law enforcement has spanned more than four decades.

Rachel Kove is a serial entrepreneur, published author, mother, mental health advocate, and actress. Kyle Kittleson is the on-camera host for MedCircle - the most trusted source for mental health education. He is a professional animal behaviorist and published author with experience training more than 2 dozen species — from California sea lions to Hyacinth macaws.
Maria Ho is a Taiwanese-American poker player and television host/commentator. One of the top-ranked female poker players in the world and a Women in Poker Hall of Fame inductee, she has won more than $5,000,000 in live tournaments. In 2011, she was the No. 2 ranked female player in the world.
Terra Newell is a podcast host and trauma survivor from California. She is arguably best known for taking down Dirty John John Meehan, the subject of the 2018 Golden Globe-nominated Netflix series of the same name, and a Los Angeles Times true crime podcast.
Helpful Tips for Healing Brain Fog (with infographic)
At one point or another, you’ve likely experienced that fuzzy, “out of it” feeling.
While occasional bouts of “brain fog”—defined as a subjective sense of cognitive impairment that may manifest in a number of ways—are common, chronic brain fog can affect day-to-day functioning and potentially even diminish quality of life, according to the American Psychiatriac Association (APA).
Here are some ways to improve cognitive function and improve your energy stores.
